I Was..
-Struggling with control & perfectionism
-Constantly worried about my image and worried about what others though of me or percieved me as
-Idolizing food and caught in a viscous cycle of restrict and binge
-Lost sense of self and my worth, stuck in guilt and shame
-Struggled with Hormonal Imbalance leading to Hypothyroidism, and amenorrhea, infertility and anxiety/depression
-Overall, stuck in a flight or flight response, traumatized by my past, and constantly feeling threatened
Now..
-Finding Restoration and Balance through Nutrition, Lifestyle, Mindset and Belief
-Letting go of control and perfectionism
- Balanced my hormones, gut and metabolism
-Rediscovering myself, and learning to give myself love, grace, compassion and forgiveness
-Finding Purpose and Meaning through connection/relationships, service, and my faith and God
-Understanding my childhood and becoming self-aware of my feelings, emotions
The Goal of OneStrengths’ services is to diagnose the root cause of your symptoms by using a Functional & Holistic approach, focusing on the pillars of Health.
The body is composed of many different parts, each part being interdependent upon the other. I believe that healing and wholeness is not only physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
My goal as a coach is to go back to the basics, while addressing Nutrition, Supplementation, Lifestyle, Mindset and Beliefs.
My desire for you is to experience Restoration, Transformation and Healing, in all areas of your life so that you can uncover your true self. Honesty, Trust and Vulnerability are three key ingredients to unpack what’s holding you back from Vitality and Wholeness.
It’s taken a long time for me to experience the freedom I am experiencing now, however, it doesn’t need to take long, sometimes, all you need is a willing spirit and open hands.
